This caracter house is situated in the heart of Burgundy, in a little village of the Morvan with all amenities, about 15 minutes driving north of Autun.
The TGV station leading to Paris in 1h20 minutes is about 45 minutes driving from the house.
Based on 1700 m² of land, this house has big rooms all decorated an original way.
The living-room is about 40 m², it is divided in 2 areas, the dining-room and the lounge with a fire-place.
A 55 m² has to be finished.
The kitchen is entirely fitted, it is about 25 m².
The 4 big bedrooms are upstairs and there are bathrooms and toilets at each floor.
A 35 m² studio has been converted with its own entrance.
