Burgundy 4u was founded in 2002 by Benjamin Haas, who is still the owner and driving force behind this young company. In the beginning a one man show, where Benjamin introduced foreign clients to French estate agents, and delivered the services these agencies where not geared to give, or able because of the language barrier.
Unable to find the properties its clients demanded, Burgundy4u established itself as an independent agency, with now eight agents/offices spread throughout Burgundy to deliver more than 700 houses in all the hot spots of our beautiful rural burgundy.
The team is composed of people who have made the move themselves, who understand the issues, and have unparalleled local knowledge.
SARL Burgundy 4 U is registered as estate agent with the prefecture of the department Côte d'Or (21) under number T608. We have a real estate guarantee of 30.000€ with Groupama Assurance Crédit 5, rue du Centre 93199 Noisy le Grand Cedex.
