The cottages are situated in the converted Burgundy stone barn lying within the 1 acre garden of the resident owners' own Farmhouse in beautiful and expansive rolling countryside in the heart of the Cote D'Or. Perfect for house hunters, just 5 minutes from the small traditional towns of Pouilly-en-Auxois/Creancey, motorway junction Paris, Dijon, Beaune and Arnay-le-Duc both with their excellent range of shops and restaurants.
Unlimited opportunities lie within half an hour to visit, the historic city of Dijon, the magnificent town of Beaune with over 100 Wine Cellars, and the nearby World Famous Wine Villages of Nuits St Georges, Gevrey Chambertin, Pommard, Meursault and many others. Even closer is the tranquil Valley de l'Ouche with its Abbey and Chateau, above which, in the hills with extensive views, is Chateauneuf-en-Auxois. Nearby is the 4-star Chateau de Chailly with its magnificent Golf Course, a round of golf before lunch! Forty minutes away are Alise (Cesar 52BC) and Abbaye de Fontenay (World Heritage). Great activities include walking, cycling, swimming, boating, canal trips, and of course wine tasting.
