The main house has a total of 12 rooms, the large stone barn has potential for extra accommodation, and there is also a smaller outbuilding in the front courtyard and a charming old stone folly on the land to the rear.
From the gated courtyard, entrance to the house is raised above cellars.
The hallway has storage cupboards and leads into the living and dining area. This is an L-shaped room with a central fireplace, beamed ceiling, one part with Burgundy flagstones and the other part with oak parquet. From the living room there is access to the west-facing terrace, with over the land and the countryside beyond. On this floor there is also the kitchen with an adjoining room in which to extend, bathroom, WC and study.

Stairs lead from one of the first floor bedrooms into a further room created in the attic. There is still further space to develop more rooms at this level.

The small stone outbuilding also in the courtyard houses the old bread oven, and the building is currently used for storage.
The lovely old stone building in the rear garden has an unusual stone roof. Its origin is uncertain, as it is rather decorative for a working farm. It would make an attractive pergola or covered terrace.
Within the 6000m2 of land, there is a garden area suitable for children, a well-tended vegetable garden and a field which us presently used by the owners' donkey. |
