This standard gîte is situated in a quiet hamlet, about 5 kms from a village with all shops.
It is ideal for walkers and nature lovers as the lake is 200 m from the house, it has a walking path close by and a national walking path (GR n°13) at 1.5 km.
The bikers have departures 500 m from the house and fishermen can go by foot.
The capacity is for 15 people composed of 3 bedrooms. 1 of 7 level beds and 2 of 4.
Bathrooms with showers and toilets.
Downstairs, the main room for meals is about 50 m² and another big room of 40 m² is on the other side. Toilets and shower.
Barn attached and terrace and little space used as a parking area.
The income from april to November is 20 000 € (meals included)
