Are you up to the challenge?
A Roman church full of features requiring full renovation, great conversion potential in a sought after location. |
Situated in the heart of the historical town of an historical town at the edge of the Morvan Regional Park, this is a very old historical building which is thought to have been built on the foundation of an old roman temple.
This Roman church was built towards the end of the eleventh century / early twelfth century. It has kept many original features such as sculpted vaults and pillars (including two roman marble ones)
The church is split into 4 levels plus the bell tower for a total surface of 525m², it also has lovely cellars.
It is in need of complete renovation including the roof and would make perfect luxury apartments or art gallery once converted. |
