This is a deceptively spacious house, full of light, with gracious living space, modern comforts and original features.
The main entrance is on a small road just off the main Boulevard of Beaune, and very close to the lovely Parc de la Bouzaize.
Enter into a hallway, with the main living and dining room to the right. This is a charming room, with several windows to the front, a floor of superb Burgundy flagstones and open/glazed fireplace. A small storage room is discreetly situated in a corner of this area. Beyond this room is the kitchen, well equipped and with dining area, leading out to a terrace of 40 square metres - perfect for outside dining and entertaining.
To the left of the entrance hall there is a utility room and beyond that is the interior access to and from the garage.
There are two staircases to the six bedrooms on the first floor, one leading directly from the front hallway. The other leads from a rear hallway next to the kitchen, where there is a downstairs cloakroom and separate shower room.
