Main building: Two salons ( 5 x 4 meters and 5 x 6 meters wide) accessed from hall way leading to kitchen. Both salons with wooden beams and interconnecting. One of them with fire place. Kitchen in south wing and larder in south tower. Toilet in north tower off the hallway with staircase to first floor and cellar.
On first floor three bedrooms, again off hallway. In both towers there are toilets, and in middle, connecting to master bedroom shower room. In far end of corridor small room.
On second floor another four rooms, and the tower rooms. Access to roof attic.
Rood is in good condition, walls are in good condition.
In large cellar accessed from outside, gas boiler for central heating.
Old coach house has cellar, main floor and attic. This roof is in bad condition.
Bread oven building has its oven in working condition, roof and structure in good condition.
Farm house has foot print of 20 x 8 meters, roof structure is good, but tiles need replacing. This farm has rooms, but are not habitable at the moment. Today used to keep ponies, and storage.
Main stable has three separate units under one roof, 4, 6 and 8 boxes per unit. All boxes are in good condition.
Septic tank serves the main castle. Gas tank is in the ground. Limited Broadband, but connection expected soon. |
