The approach to the house is through a courtyard shared with one other house.
Enter through porch leading into kitchen of around 20 sq metres, recently refurbished and including all electrical equipment.
From here there are three steps up to the 28 sq metre living room, with beamed ceiling and parquet floor. Off this room there is a bathroom with bath, shower attachment and washbasin. The WC is separate.
