This wonderful house with parts of the XIIth Century is situated by the cathedral of Autun, beautiful historical town with all amenities.
The TGV station is only 35 minutes driving from Autun and it leads to Paris in 1 hour and 20 minutes.
The structure is in very good condition as well as the ground floor. The other 2 floors would have to be refreshed.
When you enter the house, you have a long corridor with very high vaults and a beautiful staircase at the back.
