Situated in the heart of a little village, about 20 minutes driving north of Autun, this habitable house would only need refreshment. The village has basic amenities and the nearest town with supermarkets is Autun.
It is built on barn and stables and is roughly 90 m² habitable with an attic to convert.
The living part has an entrance giving on a 25 m² living-room with parquet flooring and fire place (as all the other rooms). There is a 20 m² dining-room and 2 bedrooms.
The kitchen is 12 m² with red tiles on the floor.
Bathroom and toilets connected to the mains.
Below the house, the land is roughly 430 m².
