This could be a lovely little holiday home for all seasons. In the summer, make the most of the south-facing terrace behind the house, watching the ducks float by. For the winter months, there is a spacious yet cosy living room with open fireplace.
The house is on a small road running through the hamlet. There is parking space beside the house and the main entrance is at the rear via the riverside terrace.
Enter into the kitchen, which is compact but not stuffy. Beyond the kitchen there is a second room on the ground floor which is currently used as a guest bedroom. The bathroom is off this room. Stairs lead from here to the first floor, the whole area being taken up by the surprisingly large living room.
