| To accept the terms and conditions of Burgundy 4 U. |
Accuracy
Although Burgundy does it utmost to verify details of houses after personally visiting them, descriptions of properties do not constitute any part of an offer or contract and no responsibility can be taken for their accuracy.
Availability
Burgundy4u cannot be held responsible for any expenses incurred by applicants visiting properties which may be sold or withdrawn. It is strongly recommended that you contact a Burgundy4u representative before traveling to verify a property is still for sale. A sale of a property can not be guaranteed, as we are seldom exclusive agent of properties. The sale can only be guaranteed once a compromis de vente has been signed by both parties.
Accepting addresses of houses
If name of owner and or addresses of properties is given to prospective clients registered in burgundy4u’s data base, they accept the following
- Not to pass on this confidential information to other people
- To inform other people in the case of a follow up visit that they have already received the information through Burgundy4u.
- Not to negotiate with the owner , without involving a b4u representative.
- This agreement has a validity of 15 months after details have been given.
- Proof of the start of this agreement is per last date on the log in the Mailbox of Burgundy4u.
Insurance
If clients visit a property on their own, they accept not to be covered by the insurance of Burgundy4u in case of injury or damage. Burgundy4u strongly recommends prospective clients to have travel insurance.
Privacy
All clients remain owner of their information, and Burgundy4u will not transmit their information without their previous consent. Clients can all times review and even delete their information from the Mailbox / data base of Burgundy4u. |
